"This is Not a Film Festival" is a filmmaker's showcase. While most film festivals require a film to first premiere at the festival; we do not. "This is Not a Film Festival" is not a contest , it is simply a showcase for local, San Antonio, filmmakers and a networking event within the local film industry.
